Govern all your AI agents from one control plane.
See every agent your teams have built, on any cloud or framework. Give each one an owner, and decide what it can call, spend and touch.

Built on three clouds. Governed on one control plane.
Teams were building agents on three cloud environments, each with its own tools and blind spots. One registry now governs and routes every agent’s traffic.
Running fully air-gapped, with no outside connection.
Opencontroller runs inside the agency’s own network. Control-plane data, credentials and telemetry never leave it.
Answer four questions about your agents in under a minute.
Agents now run in every cloud, SaaS app and laptop, each with its own console, keys and bill. Most teams can’t answer these today.
What do we have?
TodayA spreadsheet someone updated in March.
With OpencontrollerEvery agent, on every cloud, in one live inventory.
What can it do?
TodayWhatever its API key allows.
With OpencontrollerOnly what its identity and policy allow.
What is it costing?
TodayFour invoices and no owners.
With OpencontrollerEvery dollar, by agent, version and team.
Who can stop it?
TodayWhoever finds the right console.
With OpencontrollerIts owner in one click, or a policy automatically.
Every request your agents make passes one checkpoint.
Before a call reaches a model, tool or API, Opencontroller checks who is calling, whether it’s allowed and whether budget is left, then records it.
- Identity: who is calling
- Policy: is it allowed
- Budget: is money left
- Trace: logged to an owner
Start where you’re stuck. Every stage works on its own.
Most teams begin with discovery, then add owners, gates and rules as more agents reach production.
Know every agent you have.
Read-only scans across your clouds, clusters and developer laptops. Nothing in your environment changes.
Discover agents nobody registered.
Surface shadow agents and put every one of them in a single live inventory.
Put an owner and a gate on every release.
Before an agent reaches production, it gets a named owner, its own identity and a test it has to pass.
Give every agent a named owner.
One record per agent: owner, purpose, tools, versions and risk tier.
Retire shared API keys.
Each agent gets its own identity and signs in through the identity provider you already run.
Block releases that fail your tests.
Multi-turn, red-team and regression evals decide what ships.
| Check | Result | Needs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Task success · 1,240 cases | 96.8% | ≥ 95% | Pass |
| Groundedness | 89.6% | ≥ 92% | Fail |
| Red-team · 212 attacks | 212 held | All | Pass |
| Multi-turn · 48 dialogues | 47 / 48 | ≥ 46 | Pass |
| PII leakage | 0 | 0 | Pass |
Roll back in one step.
Canary releases, approvals and quarantine, while your CI keeps building.
Enforce your rules on every call.
Policy applies in the request path, before a call lands, not in a report afterwards.
Decide who can call each agent.

Questions about Opencontroller and the Lyzr control plane.
What is Opencontroller by Lyzr?
Opencontroller is Lyzr’s agent control plane. It finds every AI agent across your clouds, frameworks and laptops, gives each one an owner and an identity, and enforces policy, budgets and guardrails on every call those agents make.
What is an AI agent control plane?
A control plane is one place that knows which agents exist, who owns them, what they are allowed to do and what they cost. The Lyzr control plane sits in the request path, so rules apply before a call reaches a model, tool or API.
Does Opencontroller work with agents we didn’t build on Lyzr?
Yes. It is cloud-, framework- and model-agnostic, with adapters for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Microsoft Foundry, and open standards for everything else.
Do we have to move our agents?
No. Agents stay on the runtimes they run on today. Opencontroller registers them, observes them and enforces policy wherever their traffic passes through its gateways.
Where does our data go?
Only where you allow. Customer-managed deployments of the Lyzr control plane don’t require control-plane data, credentials or telemetry to reach Lyzr.
We already run an AI gateway. Why add Opencontroller?
A model gateway covers one of ten blocks. Opencontroller adds inventory, identity, evals, releases, agent access and refinement, all on one policy model.
Can Opencontroller see coding agents on developer laptops?
Yes, with Basecode. It brings coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Copilot under the same policy and spend controls.
How long does Opencontroller take to set up?
Less than a week for a first environment. Discovery is read-only, so it starts without changing anything you run.
How much does Opencontroller cost?
Governance with Opencontroller starts at $100K a year, deployed in your cloud or on-prem. The pricing page shows what is included.
